1. What is Processed Food Anonymous ?
Processed Food Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem. They have lost the power of choice when ingesting processed food.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop ingesting processed food. There are no dues of fees for P.F.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. P.F.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, religious organisation, politics or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes.
Our primary purpose is to abstain from processed food and to carry the message of recovery to processed food addicts.

2. How does Processed Food Anonymous help me?
We in P.F.A. know what it is like to be addicted to processed food. In sharing our experience, strength and hope, you may identify with us as we share our stories – what it was like, what happened, and what it is like now. We will laugh with you, cry with you and most of all, we will continue to recover with you. We have simply found a way out that works. 3. What happens at a Processed Food Anonymous meeting?
A Processed Food Anonymous meeting may follow different formats; meetings are based on literature published by Alcoholics Anonymous. Members read and share their experience, strength and hope. 4. How do I join Processed Food Anonymous?
You are a Processed Food Anonymous member if and when you say you are. The only requirement for Processed Food Anonymous membership is a desire to stop ingesting processed food.
5. How much does Processed Food Anonymous membership cost?
There are no dues or fees for P.F.A. membership. P.F.A. is self-supported by members voluntary contributions.
Members are free to contribute as much or as little as they wish. There is no obligation to make any contribution at all.
